CANCELLATION POLICY
Registration for this race implies the reservation of a place.
Regarding refunds for cancellations, the race stipulates the following refunds

Participation is open to all runners who have duly formalised their registration. All participants must be at least 18 years of age on the date of the race and be in a suitable level of physical condition to take on a race of this nature.
BIB NAME CHANGE POLICY
Name changes will not be accepted if the race is full, as in that case, the registrations that are released will be covered by the persons registered on the waiting list.
No name changes will be accepted after 14 February 2024. In case of name changes before this date, new participants will have to pay the difference between the price paid at the time of the first registration and the price at the time of the change of registration.
To request a change of participant it will be necessary for the participant who transfers his/her registration to write an email to ice@calvia.com with the subject “CHANGE PARTICIPANT GT24” indicating in the body of the message, his/her name, surname, email address and ID or passport number, telephone number, as well as the name, surname, email address, ID or passport number and telephone number of the new participant with whom he/she wishes to make the change.
In any case, the cancellation of the registration does not give the right to the person who cancels to choose the substitute person to cover that registration.
CANCELLATION POLICY
THE PROCEDURE TO CARRY OUT THE CANCELLATION IS AS FOLLOWS:
Send an email with the subject: GT24 CANCELLATION to ice@calvia.com . The following information should be included in the email:
- Full name
- ID card or passport
- Race you are referring to: LEGEND (43k) HALF (23 k)
- Registration locator number.
- It is not necessary to provide a reason for the cancellation.
The cancellation will be resolved in the following days of receipt and will consist of the refund of the percentage established in each case, in the same account that was used to make the payment of the registration, using the same details of the associated card. Once the cancellation and reimbursement have been made, the affected person will be notified.
